We don't want you to miss out on the chance of receiving your perfect personalised pencils this side of Christmas, so take careful note of our advised cut-off dates.
Whilst it isn't a precise science (larger quantities or some orders printed in multiple colours or with design changes may already take too long to turn round), we advise that any customers in EU countries, outside the UK mainland, should look to place their order no later than midday on Friday 6th December 2013. This gives us the best possible chance of getting them to you before our Christmas closure on Friday 20th December, subject to the reliability of the courier.
Customers in outlying UK areas outwith the mainland (i.e. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, etc) should still be comfortable if they order into the middle of the following week, while we advise UK mainland customers to make the necessary arrangements and payments by midday on Thursday 12th December 2013.
Please note that orders placed on or close to these deadlines will be classed as express deliveries, so may be subject to additional handling fees in certain circumstances, and problems with courier deliveries are outside our control.
